Phone Consultation is Free

This one free 10-15 minute phone consultation is time to briefly share why you are interested in therapy. It is also an opportunity for you to ask me questions.

Individual counseling sessions are 50- 55 minutes.

In our therapy sessions, you’ll have a chance to share and process any stressful experiences you’ve been facing. I'll create a relaxed and safe atmosphere where you can talk freely. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, feelings, and relationship patterns have been influenced by your past.

As we dig into these topics, I’ll guide you in gaining insights and understanding about yourself. We’ll work at your pace, and you’ll have the space to express whatever is on your mind. I’ll be here to listen with compassion and empathy, helping you connect the dots between your experiences and current feelings.

Throughout our time together, we might also work on new skills or techniques to help you manage challenges. The goal is to empower you and support your personal growth in a way that feels right for you. Each session will be tailored to your needs, making it a collaborative and meaningful experience.

Therapy is self-pay and payment is required at the time of your appointment. I can provide a bill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
